Free Shipping & Delivery
Amivono offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $5,000 USD. Free shipping eligibility is based on the final merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, customs charges, and optional delivery services.
Eligible orders are dispatched from the United States and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping may not apply to certain oversized, heavy, freight-only, hazardous, special-order, or remote-destination products. If additional freight, crating, liftgate, residential-delivery, customs, or destination charges apply, Amivono will notify the customer before shipment where possible.
Returns for US & UK Customers
Amivono provides free return shipping to our designated United States and United Kingdom return centres for approved eligible returns.
To qualify for free return shipping:
- The return must be authorized in writing by Amivono before the item is sent back.
- The product must meet the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- The product must be shipped to the return centre specified in the return authorization.
- The return must not be excluded because the item was installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, custom ordered, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable.
- Large, heavy, freight, engine, transmission, outboard motor, hazardous, or oversized items may require special return arrangements and may not qualify for free return shipping unless confirmed in writing.
Do not send items to a return centre without prior approval. Products sent without a return authorization may not be accepted.
