7.95 cm Ultra-Slim Design

One of the X60 Ultra’s strongest physical features is its 7.95 cm robot height when the Versa Lift navigation sensor is retracted.

The robot can retract its navigation system when entering low spaces, allowing it to clean underneath furniture where a conventional fixed-LiDAR robot may not fit.

Dreame specifies a minimum entry height of approximately 8.1 cm when VersaLift navigation is enabled.

This makes the system particularly useful for cleaning beneath:

• Beds
• Sofas
• Cabinets
• Sideboards
• Low entertainment units
• Other low-clearance furniture

35,000 Pa Vormax Suction

The X60 Ultra uses Dreame’s Vormax suction system, rated at up to 35,000 Pa.

The high suction level is designed to remove:

• Fine dust
• Crumbs
• Sand
• Hair
• Pet hair
• Larger particles

Dreame states that its internal testing achieved up to 100% large-particle pickup and 100% hair removal under specified test conditions. These are manufacturer laboratory results and actual household performance can vary.

Hyper stream Detangling Duo Brush 2.0

The X60 Ultra uses a counter-rotating Duo Brush designed to reduce hair tangling.

The system combines:

• Rubber brush strips
• Counter-rotating brush movement
• Hair-lifting action
• Strong suction

Dreame states that the system is designed to handle hair up to approximately 40 cm long under its specified testing conditions.

This is particularly relevant for:

• Long human hair
• Dog hair
• Cat hair
• Fibres

Dual Omni-Scrub Mopping

The X60 Ultra uses two powered mop pads rather than a passive cloth.

The mops rotate at up to 230 RPM and can apply up to 15 N of downforce under specified conditions.

The mop pads can tilt by approximately ±5° to maintain floor contact across uneven surfaces.

This is intended to improve removal of:

• Food residue
• Grease
• Footprints
• Liquid marks
• Everyday stains

40°C Hot-Water Floor Mopping

The X60 Ultra’s mopping system can use approximately 40°C hot water during floor cleaning.

The heated water is designed to assist with greasy and sticky contamination.

This should not be confused with the dock’s substantially higher-temperature mop self-cleaning system.

100°C Mop Self-Cleaning

One of the X60 Ultra’s more significant dock features is its 100°C mop self-cleaning system.

Dreame states that the AceClean™ DryBoard uses 20 spray nozzles and heated water to clean the mop-washing area.

The purpose is to reduce:

• Grease accumulation
• Dirt buildup
• Odours
• Manual dock cleaning

The 100°C figure refers to the heating system under Dreame’s specified laboratory conditions; actual temperatures can vary.

Hot-Air Mop Drying

After the mop has been washed, the dock automatically dries the mop using hot air.

This helps reduce moisture and unpleasant odours between cleaning cycles.

The customer therefore does not need to remove the mop pads and manually dry them after each use.

Automatic Dust Emptying

After cleaning, the robot returns to the base station and automatically transfers collected dust into the larger 3.2 L dust bag.

The robot itself has a 235 mL dust box.

This means the customer doesn’t need to empty the small robot dust box after every cleaning session.

Automatic Water Refilling

The base station contains:

4.2 L clean-water tank

and

3.0 L used-water tank.

The robot automatically returns to the station when it needs water and the station manages the water exchange.

Dreame also lists automatic water-box refilling as a feature.

Automatic Cleaning Solution

The X60 Ultra includes an automatic cleaning-solution dispenser.

The product package includes a 200 mL floor-cleaning solution, while the station automatically manages solution dosing.

This reduces the need for the customer to manually measure cleaning solution for each cleaning cycle.

AI Obstacle Recognition

The X60 Ultra uses two AI cameras, lateral 3D structured light and LED illumination to recognise objects.

Dreame states that the system can identify 280+ object types, including objects as small as approximately 10 mm under its specified testing conditions.

Potentially recognised objects include:

• Shoes
• Socks
• Toys
• Cables
• Furniture
• Pet bowls
• Pet-related objects
• Other household obstacles

The robot can then alter its route rather than simply treating every object identically.

Proactive Light

The X60 Ultra incorporates a proactive light system designed to illuminate darker areas.

This helps the AI cameras detect objects in low-light conditions.

The system can automatically adjust its lighting and cleaning behaviour depending on the environment.

Advanced Threshold Crossing

One of the X60 Ultra’s unusual features is its ability to cross substantially higher floor obstacles than many conventional robot vacuums.

Dreame specifies:

Up to 8.8 cm for certain double-layer obstacles.

Up to 4.5 cm for a single-layer vertical step.

The exact performance depends on the geometry and dimensions of the obstacle.

This can be useful for homes with:

• Raised thresholds
• Sliding-door tracks
• Floor transitions
• Uneven surfaces

Auto-Lift Chassis for Carpet

When carpet is detected, the robot can automatically adjust its chassis and cleaning system.

Depending on carpet configuration, the system can:

• Lift mop pads
• Remove mop pads
• Adjust cleaning height
• Increase vacuum cleaning

This helps prevent wet mopping on carpet.

High-Pile Carpet Mode

For high-pile carpets, the X60 Ultra can automatically detach the mop system.

This allows the robot to concentrate on dry vacuum cleaning without wetting the carpet.

Low-Pile Carpet Mode

For low-pile carpet, the robot can automatically lift the chassis and mop system while continuing to vacuum.

This allows the same robot to transition between hard floors and carpets without requiring manual configuration.

Tassel Recognition

The system is designed to recognise delicate carpet tassels and adjust its behaviour to reduce the risk of the tassels becoming tangled.

This is particularly useful for rugs with decorative edges.

Dual Flexible Arms

The X60 Ultra uses extendable cleaning mechanisms to improve coverage around:

• Walls
• Corners
• Furniture
• Table legs
• Cabinet edges

Dreame states that the mop can extend outward by approximately 4 cm under its specified testing conditions.

This is intended to reduce the narrow strip of uncleaned flooring often left beside walls by conventional circular robots.

Pet Cleaning Features

The X60 Ultra includes dedicated pet-related functions.

The system can:

• Detect pet areas
• Add additional cleaning cycles
• Recognise food bowls
• Recognise litter boxes
• Create pet activity hotspots
• Capture pet photos
• Locate pets through the app
• Provide two-way voice/video interaction

Dreame states that the robot can create targeted second cleaning cycles around pet activity hotspots.

This makes it particularly relevant to households with dogs and cats.

Pet Monitoring

The robot’s camera system can also be used for pet monitoring.

Through supported app functions, customers can locate their pets and view images.

Dreame also lists two-way voice/video functions.

Dreame states that its recognition algorithm runs on the robot and that image data is not stored in the cloud, although customers should review the current privacy terms and regional functionality before purchase.

Smart Mapping

The X60 Ultra creates a digital map of the home.

The customer can use the Dreamehome app to:

• View the map
• Select rooms
• Create cleaning zones
• Set restricted areas
• Set mopping restrictions
• Schedule cleaning
• Review cleaning history

The system supports multi-floor mapping.

App Control

The Dreame home application provides remote control of the robot.

Functions include:

• Room-by-room cleaning
• Scheduled cleaning
• Cleaning history
• Accessory status
• Maintenance reminders
• Off-peak charging
• Cleaning modes
• Restricted areas
• Pet functions

Voice Control

The X60 Ultra supports voice-control functions through Dreame’s own voice system and supported third-party platforms.

Dreame lists compatibility with:

• Alexa
• Siri
• Google Home

subject to supported devices and regions.

Battery and Fast Charging

The X60 Ultra uses a 6,400 mAh battery.

Dreame states that the robot can charge from approximately 9% to 80% in around 80 minutes under its specified conditions.

The system also provides a battery-health charging cutoff that can be configured between 80% and 100%.

Automatic Recharge

When the battery becomes low, the robot automatically returns to the base station.

It can recharge and subsequently resume cleaning.

This allows the X60 Ultra to manage larger cleaning areas without requiring the homeowner to monitor battery levels.

Smart Charging

The system supports off-peak charging features.

This can allow the robot to schedule charging around preferred periods, potentially reducing unnecessary charging during high-demand electricity periods.

Base Station

The X60 Ultra’s base station measures approximately:

390 × 423 × 499 mm

and weighs approximately:

10.6 kg.

It combines:

• Robot charging
• Dust emptying
• Mop washing
• Mop drying
• Clean-water management
• Dirty-water collection
• Cleaning-solution dispensing

into one integrated unit.

Does It Need Installation?

Normally, no.

The standard X60 Ultra is designed as a consumer appliance rather than a permanently installed floor-care system.

The customer places the base station near a suitable power outlet, sets up the water tanks and connects the robot through the app.

However, Dreame also references a water-hookup kit and advises customers to confirm installation conditions before purchase.

Therefore, there are effectively two possibilities:

Standard setup

→ Manual clean-water filling and dirty-water emptying.

Water-connected setup

→ Potentially more autonomous water supply/drainage, with installation requirements depending on the configuration and property.
