FlowWash Real-Time Self-Cleaning Track Mop

A mop that cleans itself while cleaning your floor

This feature that makes Narwal Flow stand out.

The Flow Wash system uses two onboard water circuits:

Fresh water → mop → scraper → dirty-water extraction

Fresh water is delivered through 16 water nozzles, helping distribute water across the track mop. As the mop moves across the floor, it scrubs the surface under firm pressure.

A scraper then removes dirt and residue from the mop, while the dirty water is collected rather than simply remaining on the mop.

Narwal describes this as real-time self-cleaning, allowing the track mop to remain refreshed throughout the cleaning process.

Flow Wash at a glance

• 45°C warm-water rinse
• 12N mopping pressure
• 16 fresh-water nozzles
• Continuous water circulation
• Mechanical scraper removes residue
• Dirty-water collection
• Real-time mop refreshing
• Track-style rolling mop design
• Designed to reduce dirt being spread from one area to another

Why Narwal Flow is Different?

Traditional robot mops generally use rotating pads that become progressively dirtier as they clean. Even when those pads are washed at the docking station, the robot may spend much of its cleaning run using a mop that has already collected dirt from previous areas.

Narwal Flow approaches mopping differently.

Its Flow Wash track mop is continuously refreshed during cleaning, using fresh water, mechanical scraping and dirty-water extraction. Narwal states that the system cleans the rolling track mop 110 times per minute, while applying approximately 12N of mopping pressure. That makes Flow particularly suited to homes where mopping performance is just as important as vacuuming performance.

What Problems Does Narwal Flow Solve?

1: Dirty mop spreading dirt

One of the biggest frustrations with conventional mopping is that the mop becomes dirty as it works.

Narwal Flow continuously refreshes its track mop during operation, helping ensure that the surface contacting your floor is repeatedly cleaned.

Instead of:
Dirty floor → dirty mop → more floor → increasingly dirty mop

FlowWash aims for:
Fresh water → cleaning → scraping → dirty-water extraction → refreshed mop → continued cleaning.

2: 22,000Pa Powerful Vacuuming

Mopping is only half of the job.

Narwal Flow provides 22,000Pa suction power, designed to pick up dust, crumbs, hair and fine debris from hard floors and into tighter floor gaps

3: Sticky kitchen floors

Kitchen floors can accumulate:

• Cooking splashes
• Food residue
• Grease
• Drink spills
• Footprints
• Dried-on marks
• Everyday grime

The Flow’s 12N mopping pressure, warm-water rinsing and continuously refreshed track mop are designed to provide stronger physical cleaning than a light wipe across the surface.

4: Dual Flow Tangle-Free System

Hair is one of the biggest maintenance problems with robot vacuums.

Narwal Flow uses its DualFlow™ Tangle-Free System to reduce hair accumulation around the cleaning brushes.

Floating roller brush

The roller brush is designed with a one-sided connection that helps guide collected hair toward the dustbin rather than allowing it to wrap around the brush.

Dynamic side brushes

The side brushes automatically change configuration to help reduce tangling and make hair removal easier.

Narwal states 0% hair tangling rate for the Dual Flow system under its stated testing conditions.

5: 95mm Ultra-Slim Design

At approximately 95mm high, Narwal Flow is designed to reach beneath lower furniture and other spaces where taller robot vacuums may struggle.

That means it can help clean areas such as:

• Under beds
• Under sofas
• Under cabinets
• Under low furniture
• Along low-clearance spaces

This is particularly valuable because these areas are often difficult to clean regularly with a conventional vacuum.

6: Intelligent Dirt Detection

Narwal Flow incorporates DirtSense™ technology to identify areas requiring additional cleaning.

When the system identifies heavier contamination, it can adjust its cleaning behaviour and re-clean areas where necessary.

This is useful because not every part of your floor needs the same amount of cleaning.

Living room:
Light dust → normal cleaning

Kitchen:
Food residue → more intensive cleaning

Entryway:
Tracked-in dirt → additional attention

Pet area:
Higher contamination → targeted cleaning

7: TwinAI-Powered Obstacle Avoidance

Narwal Flow uses TwinAI-powered obstacle avoidance with dual RGB cameras and an AI processing system to recognise and navigate around objects.

The aim is simple:

Less intervention from you.

Instead of preparing your entire home every time you want to clean, Flow is designed to intelligently navigate around common obstacles.

8: Intelligent Base Station

After the robot finishes cleaning, the work doesn’t simply stop.

The Narwal Flow base station handles much of the maintenance automatically.

The dock can handle:

• Robot charging
• Mop washing
• Hot-water cleaning
• Mop drying
• Water exchange
• Dirty-water management
• Dust collection
• Station self-maintenance

Narwal describes the base as an AI-adaptive, maintenance-free multifunctional station.

9: 80°C Full-Chain Hot-Water Cleaning

After cleaning your floors, the robot’s cleaning system itself needs to be cleaned.

Narwal Flow’s station uses up to 80°C hot water to clean the mop, pipes and water tank system. Narwal states this helps keep the internal cleaning system fresh and hygienic.

This is especially valuable because the docking station is effectively where the robot deposits the dirt it has collected throughout your home.

40°C Warm-Air Drying

Once the mop has been washed, Flow uses 40°C warm air to dry the mop and associated components.

The purpose is to reduce:

• Moisture build-up
• Unpleasant odours
• Dampness
• Mould-promoting conditions

So when the next cleaning cycle begins, the mop isn’t simply sitting wet inside the dock.

Up to 120 Days of Dust Storage

The multifunctional station provides automatic dust collection, with Narwal advertising up to 120 days of dust storage under its stated conditions.

That means considerably less frequent emptying compared with a conventional vacuum.

For a busy household, this turns the Flow into a much more hands-off cleaning system.

6,400mAh Battery

Narwal Flow uses a 6,400mAh battery, providing the power required for its vacuuming, mopping, navigation and intelligent cleaning functions.

The robot can automatically return to its station when necessary, recharge and continue its cleaning routine according to its programmed cleaning settings.

10: Smart Home Control

Narwal Flow can be controlled through the Narwal app, allowing you to manage cleaning from your phone.

It also supports hands-free control through:

• Alexa
• Google Assistant
• Siri
• Narwal’s built-in “Hey Nawa” voice command

You can schedule cleaning rather than manually starting the robot every time.

Why Should You Buy Narwal Flow?

The Cleaning Experience

Imagine dinner has finished.

There are crumbs under the table, food marks near the kitchen bench and footprints through the hallway.

You start Narwal Flow.

First:
The vacuum removes loose debris.

Then:
The FlowWash track mop begins cleaning the floor.

As it moves:
Fresh warm water is delivered to the mop.

While mopping:
The track scrubs the surface under approximately 12N of pressure.

At the same time:
A scraper removes collected dirt from the mop.

Dirty water:
Is extracted into the dirty-water system.

The robot continues:
With a continually refreshed cleaning surface.

Afterwards:
It returns to the station, where the mop and system can be cleaned with hot water and dried with warm air.

That is the fundamental idea behind Narwal Flow:
