Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra – Robot Vacuum & Mop

Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra Robot Vacuum & Mop

Bring a new level of automation to everyday floor cleaning with the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra. Designed for busy homes, pet owners and anyone who wants cleaner floors with less manual work, this premium robot vacuum and mop combines powerful vacuuming, intelligent scrubbing, advanced AI obstacle avoidance and an automated self-maintenance station in one complete cleaning system.

With 18,000Pa suction, intelligent DirtSense™ cleaning, dual rotating mops, edge-reaching technology and Narwal’s advanced NarMind™ Pro system, the Freo Z10 Ultra doesn’t simply travel around your home following the same routine. It is designed to recognise its surroundings, adapt to different cleaning situations and give extra attention to areas that need it.

After cleaning, the base station takes over much of the maintenance by emptying collected dust, washing the mops, drying them and automatically managing cleaning solution. The result is a robot designed to take care of far more of the cleaning process from beginning to end.

Powerful 18,000Pa Suction for Everyday Mess

From fine dust and crumbs to pet hair and larger debris, the Freo Z10 Ultra delivers up to 18,000Pa of suction power to thoroughly vacuum hard floors and carpets.

This extra cleaning power is particularly valuable in busy areas such as kitchens, dining rooms, hallways and living spaces, where dirt can build up quickly throughout the day.

For pet households, strong suction also helps collect loose fur before it gathers underneath furniture or spreads around the home.

But suction alone isn’t enough when hair becomes wrapped around the brushes. That’s why Narwal combines the vacuum system with its DualFlow™ Tangle-Free System, designed to minimise troublesome hair tangling and reduce the amount of brush maintenance required.

AI Obstacle Avoidance

A robot vacuum is much more convenient when you don’t have to completely prepare the house every time you want it to clean.

The Freo Z10 Ultra features NarMind™ Pro, Narwal’s advanced autonomous cleaning system incorporating dual cameras and AI processing.

The system is designed to recognise more than 200 types of household objects, allowing the robot to intelligently navigate around many of the everyday items it encounters.

That can include objects such as shoes, cables, furniture legs, pet-related items and other household obstacles.

This makes the Z10 Ultra particularly suitable for active family homes where the floor isn’t always perfectly clear before a cleaning cycle begins.

Deep Clean with Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra

Serious Mopping, Not Just a Damp Wipe

Adaptive Cleaning

Many robot vacuums can technically “mop”, but simply dragging a damp pad across the floor may not be enough for dried marks, footprints and everyday kitchen grime.

The Freo Z10 Ultra uses dual rotating mop pads with downward cleaning pressure, allowing it to actively scrub the floor as it moves.

This makes it better suited to tackling common household mess such as dried food marks, muddy footprints, paw prints, light grease and sticky residue.

For homes with large tiled, timber or other compatible hard-floor areas, the combination of powerful vacuuming followed by active scrubbing can significantly reduce the amount of routine floor cleaning that needs to be done manually.

Dirt Sense- Extra Cleaning Where It’s Actually Needed

Not every part of your floor is equally dirty.

A bedroom may only require a light clean, while the kitchen around the dining table may need considerably more attention.

The Freo Z10 Ultra uses Dirt Sense™ technology to help identify cleaning conditions and adapt its cleaning behaviour instead of treating every area exactly the same.

When an area requires additional attention, the system can perform more intensive cleaning rather than simply completing one pass and moving on.

This is particularly useful around dining areas, kitchens, entrances and other high-traffic areas where mess tends to accumulate.

Mop Extend & Edge Swing for Better Edge Cleaning

Edges are one of the most difficult areas for round robot cleaners to reach.

The Freo Z10 Ultra addresses this with Mop Extend and Edge Swing technology, helping the mop reach closer to walls, skirting boards, furniture edges and other areas that conventional robot mops can leave untouched.

Rather than only cleaning the open centre of a room effectively, the Z10 Ultra is designed to improve cleaning coverage around the perimeter as well.

For the customer, this means fewer obvious dirty strips along walls and less need to follow the robot with a manual mop

Maintenance-Free

More Mode & More Control

Designed with Pet Owners in Mind

Pets create a very specific combination of cleaning problems: loose fur, tracked-in dirt, food particles, paw marks and objects such as toys and feeding bowls.

The Freo Z10 Ultra tackles these problems from several directions.

Its 18,000Pa suction collects loose fur and debris, while the DualFlow™ Tangle-Free System helps reduce hair wrapping around the cleaning system. The rotating mops deal with paw marks and other hard-floor mess, while AI-powered obstacle recognition helps the robot navigate a busy home.

Instead of solving only the vacuuming problem, the Z10 Ultra is designed to automate both dry and wet floor cleaning.

Intelligent Carpet Cleaning

Homes with both hard floors and carpet require a robot that knows when its mopping system should stay away from carpeted surfaces.

When compatible carpet is detected, the Freo Z10 Ultra can raise its mop system by up to 12mm and adjust its vacuuming behaviour.

This allows the robot to transition between compatible hard flooring and carpets while helping prevent the wet mop pads from being dragged across carpet.

Carpet Boost can also increase cleaning performance where additional suction is useful.

Customers with particularly thick, high-pile or unusual rugs should still check compatibility and configure the appropriate carpet settings in the Narwal app.

Dual Flow™ Tangle-Free Cleaning

Long hair and pet fur can quickly become one of the most frustrating parts of owning a vacuum cleaner.

When hair wraps tightly around a conventional roller brush, cleaning performance can decline and the owner eventually has to remove the brush and cut the hair away manually.

Narwal’s Dual Flow™ Tangle-Free System is designed to greatly reduce this problem by managing hair more effectively as it enters the vacuum.

For households with long-haired family members, dogs or cats, this can mean significantly less routine brush maintenance.

Automatic Mop Washing with Adaptive Hot Water

One of the biggest advantages of buying a premium robot vacuum and mop is what happens after the robot finishes cleaning.

The Freo Z10 Ultra doesn’t expect you to manually wash dirty mop pads after every cycle.

When required, it returns to its base station where the mop system can be automatically washed.

Narwal’s system uses adaptive hot-water mop washing, with water temperature adjusted according to cleaning requirements, reaching up to 75°C under specified conditions.

This helps remove accumulated dirt and residue from the mop pads so they are prepared for the next cleaning session.

Automatic Mop Drying

Washing a mop is only half the job. Leaving wet mop pads sitting in the station can create unpleasant odours over time.

After washing, the Freo Z10 Ultra’s station can automatically dry the mop pads.

This reduces the amount of manual mop maintenance required and helps keep the cleaning system ready for its next scheduled run.

Self-Emptying for Less Daily Maintenance

You shouldn’t have to empty a tiny robot dustbin after every cleaning session.

The Freo Z10 Ultra automatically transfers collected debris from the robot into the station’s larger dust storage system.

Narwal advertises up to 120 days of dust storage under its specified testing conditions.

Actual emptying frequency will depend on the size of the home, cleaning schedule, number of occupants, pets and the amount of debris collected, but the purpose is simple: dramatically reduce how often you need to deal with vacuum dust.

Automatic Detergent Dispensing

The station can also automatically manage cleaning solution rather than requiring the user to manually measure detergent for every mopping cycle.

Together with automatic dust emptying, mop washing and mop drying, this turns the dock into an important part of the overall product rather than simply somewhere to charge the robot.

Built for a More Hands-Free Cleaning Routine

The real advantage of the Freo Z10 Ultra is not any single specification.

It’s how the different technologies work together.

The robot can vacuum the floor, actively scrub hard surfaces, recognise obstacles, respond to dirt, clean closer to edges, handle compatible carpets and return to its station for automated maintenance.

That makes it possible to schedule regular cleaning and allow the system to handle much more of the routine itself.

Instead of waiting until the floors look dirty enough to justify getting the vacuum and mop out, the Z10 Ultra can help maintain them continuously.

Large 6,400mAh Battery

A 6,400mAh-class battery provides the capacity needed for longer cleaning sessions and larger floor areas.

For bigger homes, automated charging and cleaning management means the robot can form part of a regular whole-home cleaning routine without the user having to manually move it between rooms.

Smart App Control

Using the Narwal app, owners can customise how and where the Freo Z10 Ultra cleans.

Depending on available settings and software version, users can manage maps, cleaning areas, room-specific routines, carpet behaviour and other cleaning preferences.

This is particularly useful because different rooms often need different treatment.

You might want stronger cleaning in the kitchen, regular vacuuming around the dining table and a different routine for bedrooms or carpeted spaces.

Why Choose the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra?

The Freo Z10 Ultra is designed for customers who want to move beyond a basic robot vacuum.

It solves several of the most common frustrations associated with automated floor cleaning: insufficient mopping pressure, missed edges, tangled hair, obstacles left around the house, wet mops around carpet and the constant need to clean the robot itself.

With 18,000Pa suction, dual rotating mops, DirtSense™, MopExtend, EdgeSwing, DualFlow™ anti-tangle technology, NarMind™ Pro AI navigation and an automated maintenance station, it brings vacuuming, mopping and post-cleaning maintenance together in one premium system.

• Busy families who want floors maintained automatically
• Homes with pets and frequent pet hair
• Households with long hair
• Large hard-floor areas
• Kitchens and dining areas requiring regular mopping
